Throughout lockdown, our workspaces have remained open to those who need them, to ensure we can support anyone who cannot work from home. Providing safe workspaces remains our highest priority, and our enhanced cleaning practices remain in place together with on-site support teams. Measures we have put in place
We have adapted our operations to include a range of measures to ensure our buildings are fully COVID-19 secure. These include:
- Thermal imaging cameras on arrival
- Masks are worn by staff and members
- Regular antiviral fogging
- Increased cleaning practices
- Seating spaced out in meeting rooms
- Furniture removed from breakout spaces
- Clear signage to direct traffic
- Desk dividers and screens available

Covid-19 related FAQ's
What are your building hours?
Our buildings remain open 24/7 for Fixed Desk and Private Office users; however, reception hours may differ depending on location.
Are your memberships really month-to-month?
Yes! Our Fixed Desk memberships are very flexible. There is no deposit needed and is on a rolling month-to-month contract. We will also offer private office space on a rolling monthly contract if that is required.
How often are your buildings cleaned?
Our buildings are cleaned daily, and all high touch surfaces are wiped down throughout the day.
Do you provide hand-sanitiser?
Yes, hand-sanitiser is available throughout the building, at reception and in all common areas.
Do you cater for cyclists?
Yes, we have a secure bike park on the premises, hot showers and a separate drying room for clothes. These are cleaned frequently.
I see you fog regularly, what is fogging?
This is an odourless, environmentally safe product which does not contain harmful chemicals. It lasts for up to 30 days and is not affected by other cleaning products used and certified as 99.99% effective against COVID-19. We fog monthly.
Can I book a desk for the day?
We offer day passes for Private Offices, Hot Desks and Meeting rooms booked on an hourly basis.
