Founder member of Argyll Business Centres, oversees all aspects of Us&Co’s Operations and Sales- digital marketing, specialist agent relations and sales databases, through HR, client relations and events to revenue optimisation.
With 18 years’ experience in the serviced office industry, Natalie has worked across many departments, currently focusing on IT & Facilities Management at Us&Co.
Founder member of Argyll Business Centres, responsible for sourcing and appraising new opportunities, financing new deals and delivery of projects. Oversees optimisation of space planning, analysis of cost projections and income performance.
Monika has been an Accountant in the serviced office industry for the last 18 years and is responsible for Us&Co’s day-to-day accounting functions as well as producing monthly Management Information.
Trained as an architect, oversees the technical design and delivery of Us&Co’s new build and refurbishment projects. Following completion, retains responsibility for maintaining the optimum performance of the buildings.
