Us&Co Member Referral scheme terms and conditions 2022

The 5% referral fee is payable on the monthly licence fee ( excluding VAT)  only, for the term of the first licence up to a maximum of 12 months and excludes all other contracted or ad hoc services.

The referral fee once confirmed as due by Artesian UsCo Limited will be paid within 60 days of the later of the client’s first day of occupation and the receipt and clearing in our bank account of a full deposit and first full month’s licence fees. All new clients must satisfy Artesian UsCo Limited’s anti-money laundering and credit checks before occupation and, therefore, payment of the referral fee.

Referred clients must confirm their referee details in writing before paying a referral fee.

To make this payment, Artesian UsCo Limited will require an invoice from the referee referencing the client referred.

This promotion excludes all Artesian UsCo Limited and associated companies’ employees.

This offer is not applicable for current clients who wish to upgrade or move between Artesian UsCo Limited centres and Targetspace Limited.

The referrer cannot be a beneficiary of the referee or their business.

This promotion is not applicable to past or current clients of Artesian UsCo Limited or its associated companies.

No other discounts or promotions can be used with this offer.

The referred client must not have been introduced to Artesian UsCo Limited in the last six months.

This is a limited promotion and can be cancelled by Artesian UsCo Limited at any time.
