We have two main objectives:

• We create capital profits by buying well-located office buildings in need of modernisation and repositioning them through total refurbishment and extension to increase the floor area and add value.
• We derive a long-term sustainable income greater than an ordinary rent through operation of the buildings as flexible office space under the Us&Co brand.
